“To me, listening together means being curious together and learning together.”

Erika Switzer piano

Meet Erika Switzer. She’s one of today’s leading collaborative pianists, and together with singer Tyler Duncan, she’s made an extraordinary recording of Beethoven‘s “An die ferne geliebte” (“To the distanced beloved”).

In December, Erika gave a truly inspiring talk about her work. It’s called Beethoven and the Dialogue of Collaboration, and we’re thrilled that Erika will share this live talk followed with the pre-recorded Beethoven’s An die ferne Geliebte.

The zoom event recording is included above.

Listening. Together. has received generous support from:
SoundON, Creative BC, and the Province of British Columbia, Grossman & Stanley Business Lawyers, and Karen Gelmon and Peter Busby
…and, donors like you!
