Part three of pianist Robert Silverman’s Brahms series concludes with a spectacular concert at the Kay Meek Centre’s intimate Studio Theatre.

The concert coincides with Robert Silverman’s 75th birthday, and he’s invited special guests, the Lafayette String Quartet, to join in the celebration.

It’s the culmination of his three-part Brahms Project with Music on Main and features two of Brahms’ greatest works: the Handel Variations for solo piano alongside the Piano Quintet, one of the world’s most-loved pieces of chamber music.

It’s an evening that promises great music in a friendly, celebratory environment. Don’t miss it!

The three concerts of Robert Silverman: The Brahms Project take place on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 and Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at the Cellar, and Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the Kay Meek Centre.
