I’ve rarely seen a group of musicians look at each other with as much determined,5:4
unflappable focus. Everything about it was simply breathtaking.
Known for its “beauty and hypnotic power” (The Guardian), Morton Feldman’s Piano and String Quartet promises an hour of quiet introspection. Both meditative and moving, the work is performed by Montreal’s Bozzini Quartet and Vancouver pianist Rachel Iwassa. It’s a rare opportunity to hear this stirring work.
The Modulus Festival is generously sponsored by Christine Choi and Bryan Price.
The Roundhouse is wheelchair accessible. Please inform Music on Main of any mobility needs when booking your tickets: 604.879.9888 or by email at [email protected].
