From Claude Vivier and R. Murray Schafer - Canada's most globally celebrated composers - to rising stars like Ana Sokolovic, Andrew Staniland and Jocelyn Morlock, the composers highlighted on this trans-Canada journey of song are as eclectic as our nation's people.
Come join Music on Main and the Vancouver International Song Institute at The Cultch, and hear the world premiere of a new song cycle by Leslie Uyeda and John Greer's heartwarming arrangements of classic Canadian tunes.
It's a not-to-be-missed celebration of song, featuring many of this country's finest singers and collaborative pianists, including singers Martha Guth, Robyn Driedger-Klassen, and Phoebe MacRae and pianists Erika Switzer, Laura Loewen, and Terence Dawson.
Don't miss it!
